Deposit Policy

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required 90days prior to guarantee the reservation, balance due no later than 30days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy.

• No cancellation charges over the non-refundable deposit paid will be raised if part or all of the reservation is cancelled 31 days prior to arrival date.
• 30-20 days prior to arrival = 25% of the total reservation
• 19-15 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total reservation
• 14-07 days prior to arrival = 75% of the total reservation
• 7-0 days prior to arrival = 100% of the total reservation value.

Child Policy

• Children of 12years and under sharing a room with their parents are accommodated free of charge and will only pay for 50% breakfast.

Meals:

3 years and under - free.

4-11years - 50% of adult’s rate.

+12yrs - 100%

Additional Details

Rates are inclusive of 14.5% VAT and statutory tourism levy.

Full payment must be received at least 30 days before arrival.

Payment for groups (8+ clients) must be received 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy applies.

All rates are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at booked rates.

Transfers: Arrangements can be made upon request.

Check out time is 1000 hours. Check in time is 1400 hours.

All Bank charges are for the account Payee.
